Errata slip inserted. Compliments slip inscribed "and thank you very much" by Raymond Ockenden and dated Christmas 1955 loosely inserted. Ockenden was a contributor as well as the printer of the book alongside Christopher Willoughby, in 12 point Caslon on an Albion hand-press. WorldCat lists nine libraried that hold copies.
