Vol. 2 has contemporary engraved bookplate of George Sedman, and purple inked stamp of G. Hardisty, Auctioneer and Valuer, Hull on the verso of the front free endpaper. Also an ink inscription on the recto of the rear free endpaper, dated 1885, to A.L. Simpson.
