Provenance:- in 2020, this copy was acquired from the direct descendants of Tony Hoolahan Q.C., a prominent libel lawyer who successfully prosecuted Private Eye, (represented by John Mortimer of Rumpole fame) on behalf of Desmond Wilcox (married to Esther Rantzen of "That's Life" fame) in 1982. A book of reminiscences. After practising as a litigation partner in a London west end firm of solicitors, the author was appointed a Recorder and a full-time Judge of Employment Tribunals.
