Hornsby was born in Glasgow in 1901 and worked his way up from a store manager to a Director of Public Relations in the Ministry of Labour, London 1944-57. Past President and founder of the Institute of Public Relations, Hornsby received the decoration of Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for services to public relations in 1955. Steward was an author and a Major in WW2 in the Public Information Section, GHQ. The book was published by Parker Publishing Company, Inc. in 1972 and is a First Edition. It's not an ex-library copy and both the book and the dust jacket are in very good condition.
