Inner hinges split. Final leaves loose. 32 x 24 cm. Bound in pictorial decorated paper over boards. Upper cover with family of six foxes wearing billboards. Rear cover with rabbit waiter, dressed in blue suit, with dinner plates in raised left paw and handbell in right paw. Various usual chipping and wear to edge extremities. A charming story in verse concerning the Slim family of foxes and their scheme to establish a seaside Lodging House for the purpose of keeping themselves forever well fed.
